not sure, i've never done it like that before.. Usually you can just call in and give the company name and ticker symbol.. The lady I spoke to at this t/a said just to fax it in.. So I assume just fax in a written request for the info you want, o/s, a/s etc.. giving whatever pertinent info you need to give... name, ticker symbol, maybe even officers.... and they'll fax you back the answer.. i've only ever had t/a's who straight up tell you right then or they're gagged and they will tell you so... this i've never encountered.. gl and obviously bring to the board what you find... after you buy or sell for yourself..lol
