From what I understand we will get a pr expalining when full SEC filings may be ready. They did discover that the previous shell had no filings and the SEC requires filings back for 7 years before the companys current filings will be accepted. I dont think they need detailed filings. They do need to do DD and get any info thats avaiable and put it all together. specifically the SEC wants to know if the shell has debt, I understand the preliminary indications are it has minimal debt and the situation is in hand
Last time I talked to Rh he quoted the quarter to me as May, June and July which was odd since most quarters end in June. I did not hear him wrong but maybe he was mistaken or his fiscal quarter is actually May, June and July. Some companies do this and sometime later change it to where the fiscal year is the same as the calendar year.
