we'll see, tdamtd lumps all buyers together, orders a total number of shares to cover everyone from TA, they get a cert in street name for the total amount and divy's them out to there people. at that point tdamtd is the cert holder not me, call the TA they won't know who the hell you are, but they will know tdamtd is a cert holder. tdamtd will get the roundup to 500 but it will not be enough to give the shares to all their peop. if you are buying through a full service broker you will be a cert holder and will get the roundup. if you are buying through a online discount broker, you are a shareholder, your broker is the cert holder. IMO
