Nerd, please do not confuse the issue.

The issue here is this:

You stated that GTEM will probably not have to come up with the whole 167K. I agree with you that this is a possibility...even a probability.

However, you state this as if it's a good thing should it happen. I am quite sure you feel this way, because if GTEM does get away with paying a small percentage of the total due, it is a positive thing for GTEM.

However, if you were the owner of the hangar and rented it to GTEM, I'm sure that after you came to terms with them about the rate of rent, you would expect payment in full. I know I would.

I find their actions very distasteful. It was done as a premeditated thing. They suddenly just didn't find themselves in a postion not to pay, they made a deliberate EFFORT to GET OUT OF PAYING.

That you support this company cannot be debated. Even that you support it right this minute cannot be debated.

There is no question in my mind therefore, by your support you condone their actions.
