I've wondered that myself, how could anyone be so stupid as to post such conflicting information and PRs? It suggest a lot of possibilities. The best you can say is that the don't know what the hell they are doing, which is not too promissing. Perhaps the board is fighting over the issue. I don't know, but I do know that it appears irregular as hell.
I would be sure to ask the Managing Auditors at Malone and Baile to look hard at the merit of these convertable notes. What are they in exchange for????
