Ultimately, each investor is responsible for their own investment decisions, and should only do what they are comfortable with. However, it is not everyday that common investors are granted access to the investments and investment instruments of the wealthy.

Fundacion Pan America is not the only Panamanian Private Interest Foundation.

There are a lot of investment opportunities to come that are not available to common investors, such as crown corporations, infrastructure projects, etc. And, the Foundation itself is one such instrument that common investors generally do not have access to.

If you would like to take part in the investment opportunities that are not available to the general public, then you will have to play by the Foundation's rules: they are not a democracy.
