There are a lot of investment opportunities to come that are not available to common investors, such as crown corporations, infrastructure projects, etc. And, the Foundation itself is one such instrument that common investors generally do not have access to.
If you would like to take part in the investment opportunities that are not available to the general public, then you will have to play by the Foundation's rules: they are not a democracy.
