Yes, IMO it is. The court records speak for themselves. There simply can be no disputing that globetel is broke. I guess we can now move on the NO Mas Producto now that the palmdale issue is over other than owing the money and what they're gonna do with the strat (if it even exists any longer). When a company can't even pay its little bills such as the several judgements against globetel for <5000.00 then something is really wrong. I bet the execs are still getting paid and that's where all the money is going rather than going to pay bills and trying to save investors money from completely flushing down the toilet but then again 4.00 to .10 is a might big flush as it is.
Now let's move on to the end of globetel and nomas which is the next topic of discussion in the ever increasing failures of this companies "musical chair" mgmt. Anybody heard anything out of Trimax and Uli lately :) ?
