FCCN is acquiring Aero, but the symbol change will reflect Aero. Current Aero shareholders will have control of the company post merger. They will own about 80% of the OS, which will be restricted per Sept. 17 PR. I am sure that future acquistions is a possibility, but at this time pure speculation because we have not heard from Aero on this subject. I think there may have been something in the CEO interview. I will check it out....

Q. If Franchise Capital will continue to be a holding company with Aero as a subsidiary, is Aero expected to be its only subsidiary, or will the company target others?

A. I know that Aero will remain the subsidiary at closing. After that, there will be a new management team and they will make those decisions. However, having talked with Mr. Hunsaker of Aero about this, I can say that they are a very sharp group who will look at every advantage. Therefore, I would anticipate that an acquisition strategy would be a serious topic for discussion.

I hope they stay focused on AERO and the muffler side of the business for the time being. That was one of the major problems during the GZFX debacle, investing time, resources and money into too many things at once instead of focusing solely on the core business model until enough capital was raised to partake of other ventures.

Hasta!
