Q. If Franchise Capital will continue to be a holding company with Aero as a subsidiary, is Aero expected to be its only subsidiary, or will the company target others?

A. I know that Aero will remain the subsidiary at closing. After that, there will be a new management team and they will make those decisions. However, having talked with Mr. Hunsaker of Aero about this, I can say that they are a very sharp group who will look at every advantage. Therefore, I would anticipate that an acquisition strategy would be a serious topic for discussion.
