Patsy, we knew you wouldn't like what you saw when you got back. I really took a bath on this one. The shares just came to the transfer agent today, so the issue to me is that the MMs were shorting shares that were going to be coming, but didn't yet exist when they were shorting them. I'm sure of that. It was a horrible day. I would have been better off turning off the machine and doing anything else! Tomorrow is another day!

So it turns out its a 504 sale, where the MM's obviously know whats coming down the pike, but the investor is kept in the dark.

THIS JUST SUCKS AND IS CRIMINAL

I just have the feeling that somehow no one did anything technically illegal, just bad faith of the worst kind

WHAT ELSE IN THE WORLD CAN YOU BUY AND THERE IS NO REQUIREMENT FOR DISCLOSURE. This appears to be just legal theft, condoned by the SEC.

If anyone does start any legal stuff, I would be happy to add my name to it. But what I dream for is to win the lotto and have the money to go after the SEC for allowing this crap.

Ok, enought rant. I knew it was a risk and shannangans were possible. Only play money lost but it does put a big dent in the play money!
