Well this sucks the big one, went shopping and just came home and found out about IRAC,I read on RB where Jim Bishop called, I don't need to confirm as he always tells the truth.
Seems to me several laws have been broken but I'm not sure so I'm gonna call the SEC tomorrow and see what I can find out.
