Perhaps that window of time when Cornell runs out of shares, right before the EFFECT filing indicates their new shares have been printed, will provide an opportunity for a quick flip. Then again, that window isn't well constructed and slams down on your fingers hard in just a heartbeat of time.
For the record, INRA and its' management fooled me more than any other stock I've ever held.
