yes, $4 mil was the guarantee, but they're only sued for $781 thousand... makes me wonder if the lawsuit is frivolous and the plaintiff wants whatever he can get out of it, or he sold the home for $3,219,000 and is suing for $781,000 to make up that difference. don't know what Roger would have used that property for.
