I'm guessing the management purchases and company buybacks are calibrated to help insure that the increase in authorized is approved. However, if people don't sell, they will have to bid up the price to get the % that they need (a hope, not a known) and maybe we can benefit that way. Best not to sell at the current low price and give them a double win.
When they raised the A/S to 2 bln they said it passed and never gave any numbers. I contacted sec about it and they sent a letter to family. Sec said family would/must contact me within a reasonable length of time about the matter but they never did. Sec said they would look into it but it was up to me to take legal action. So what am I rich? That was the end of it.
