I disagree with this laugh. If raising the A/S is what they want to do, we'll be doubtful to stop them. All they need is 1 preferred share that has super duper voting rights no matter the O/S and they get what they want all day every day. Asking us would be a formality only, in reality it's more of a courtesy call. Revlon for example had us re-elect the board etc. Didn't matter that Ron P has majority vote. So why ask us??? Simply courtesy and formality. Make us feel nice and cozy.
