they have had as many as 5 dividends promised over the last year........we as investors have seen no payments on any of them!!!! This is a disgrace.......what some of these companies get away with.....and now they give us death spiral financing......so they could flood the market with shares themselves.......no wonder they havent lived up to the divvy's they have PROMISED
