Soso, you are right about the PR stating that the note was eliminated. The auditors and directors and officers of the company have a duty to provide accurate information. Lou has stated that he believes the note does not exist and my personal feeling is that it never should have existed. I have an idea of how to handle this but for the moment I am holding off.
