I sent him an email asking him........NO response...lol...I also sent a complaint to SEC ...now that the mgmt has decided to f$%% with us. It was in regards to the 5 divvy's over the last year which are unpaid..... will see if they look into it... toxic financing was the last straw for me....it let the shorts off the hook which is what I and other people were in this for..
