EZ. . .Had to comment. . .Take a look at how the turnout on voting is in a typical election. 57% is a pretty good outcome. Not all shareholders give a hoot! over the outcomes of an election. In fact, I didn't vote on this one. And I hold lots of GTCI (which I still believe is going to be worthwhile). 57%!!!!!!! If one has a company and 57% of employees care enough to vote on important issues. . .they have a great company!

A lot of shareholders didn't bother to submit their proxies since the result was a forgone conclusion.
