Hey Paul,
I am using many providers in the begining, but ValueClick gets the top spot because they are offering the highest pay-rate.
From what i have seen, the site loads and then the ad loads.
The main reason I added a second ad was because the pages were loading so fast the ad never had time to make it up there for the user to see, so we defintely don't have a problem there.
I didn't even know ValueClick had gone public yet...wow, I gotta watch the stock market more often. <grin>
