I hope that it is not another trick, but I just can't stop thinking, knowing past PR's that it could just possibly be another trick, and what do we know about this man Syed. I can't seem to find any info on him, and why would be want all that liability, that goes along with Cal - Bay?
Yes, we need to know how he was terminated. The only way he could have been terminated if he were sole director of the company is if the company were put into receivership. I know this has happened to a few companies, one recently within the past few months, but I can't recall the name.
