The question that you would have to ask is why:

Why would NSDM buy back shares- they released them to raise funds.. They would only buy them back if:

The sold high- say at the .20 mark and buy back below .05 to just add cash to the account..

and 2) buy back the shares that were provided to Omnicron and and PR firms to lead the remaining funds in the hands of individual investors..

The question I would have is how that will impact the financials: a) cash position b) shares outstanding to value the company etc..

This could have an effect on the OTC BB listing etc..

sorta....Walter is the company. I agrss it would be better to purchase (the company) in the open market and hold thus keeping the float long but if Walter made mistakes in the past with free shares to the shell company he should consider retiring some shares. He still owns majority of the company. Plus it makes it sweeter if they partner with someone.
