What would be icing on a cake is NSDM securing private funds from say a institutional or individual investor of say 10-20 million dollars somebody that believed in Walter,NSDM and there future ability to locate and mine diamonds,then NSDM could spend some of that cash and gobble up the float when its cheap like now,maybe buy a couple new drilling trucks and maybe a few extra things they may need to get things done on a top notch professional level then charge ahead from there...
