Obviously he is basing it on what he was told.

Once again, what could be more material for the company at this point than procuring financing. I think we all agree, that without money this company can not survive.

I can't confirm or disprove whether or not the company is "moving closer to obtaining financing".

I can prove that a poster is posting very important information about the company, information the company has chosen not to release to the rest of us.

I hold the company responsible for that not the poster, because as I have said, I think mide is honest.
