It may close under 3 by they end of the week.I doubt it but it may.Have I ever been to the DR no but I've been all through south east asia some very poor country's there also if that's what you were refering to.There similiar to many of the cities and counties in this country usa broke but they have a way of printing more money when they need it.Put that in your thought process.
