samspade37- ECN is RH. RH has made it clear all revenues asscociated with ECT and Argo even existing revenues go to MCCY. All revenues from contracts are going through ETC which is wholly owned by MCCY. If you have doubts on RH intensions I suggest you contact him directly. I have. He made it clear all revenues will be MCCY. This will be made evident in filings as well. You are right they could do as they please. They could pull a Markland. I guess any holding company can do the same. I dont see that a problem here. Again I suggest you take this up directly with RH.
Its quite common for a founder to maintain control by being the majority shareholder. I think I would if I were him! However I have gotten some indication MCCY may end up owning ECN. Mabe once they officially RM the energy tech into the other shell?
Great topic of conversation for shareholders and RH

samspade37- I also agree more public disclosure on this topic of ECN being the majority shareholder is necessary. It has also been promised to shareholders so I look forward to it. I think its "possible" MCCY may end up with all the official control in the transportation tech once the RM of the enrgy tech is complete .Again it is something we will need to keep in the front as things progress. Its all about their intensions. So far I trust RH intensions and dont believe he would pull a stunt like Markland did. Markland was in a class all by themselves. The created a death spiral through their financing methods and ultimately sold the company out from under the shareholders through transferring business to the new entity. But in the process they ruined their reputation and the other company they created. Technest will never be trusted and its share price cant move despite the fact it has some wonderfull tech and revenues. Doesnt make business sense as you stated to do that especially if you have a booming business with a bright future
