#2043 RE: Jim Bishop #2040

Jim, it is possible a PDA accessory co. like IBZT could pull off the coup and be first to the U.S. market with a working VKB. The bigger companies may not want to have their name on an unperfected concept product that we know will not work like a real keyboard for most users and may cause a flood of complaints/returns. But from what I heard at the CES, it works very well just takes some getting used to. I am sure I would love it. But why did VKB send me this email?>
(first see their response -- next the request I sent them)

Dear Sir/Madam, as you can imagine we have received a large number of emails relating to the Virtual Keyboard, and apologize for the generic response that this volume forces us to send.

We can confirm that the virtual keyboard technology that you have seen was developed and is owned by VKB Inc.

VKB is currently a privately held company and has granted limited manufacturing and marketing rights of its standalone virtual keyboard accessory, one of our products, to third parties.

Our technology has many more applications than the Standalone Keyboard accessory; we expect to see our technology embedded in many different devices (such as cell-phones, PDAs and many others) shortly. VKB is doing it's best to bring it's technology and products to market through a wide variety of applications and partners.

We cannot make any recommendations relating to investment in other companies. However if our technology does interest you we will place you on a prospective investor list, although there can be no guarantee that we will speak to you regarding an investment in VKB Inc.
