sorry guys, I just don't buy it. Something is fishy here. On that same day I got rid of over 20M shares. I really don't believe I was 5% owner of CBAY. Besides, we have had 200M and 400M days in the not too distant past.

I think roger has something cooking in his devious mind - just not sure what. I find it hard to believe that anyone would merge with or buy a shell that has more liabilities than assets and so much litigation ongoing and probably more in the future. Nah, I think ol rog is up to something.
