Well according to the DTC it is up to TM to either get the shares out in the market voided or to cover the shares. We can complain all we want, but until BCIT is able to release those 205 shares, there is nothing, i repeat nothing we can do.
So if you want to put pressure on the brokers, go ahead, have fun. Let us know how it turns out, OK?
