Grasswhacker,In my e-mail I got back from TM this weekend when asked about the original lawsuit and if any party settled with the 205 shares he said..No Settlement!
So I will believe him till I hear different.
If their is a settlement with a few party's pending the release of the 205 shares by the dtc we will have to wait and see as of now no go.
Has Pino finished paying up BCIT Megas per the lawsuit garnisment order??
Can Megas,walk away with the defendents money and say sorry we did all we could do to get the dtc to accept the new 205 shares?
I highly doubt Megas,would give any shares to B/M till all the money due him was collected and fake shares return imo.
Megas,only has to make the 205 shares reasonably acceptable to the DTC and CG and other party's just need to reasonably return all the fakes they can.
I for one hope there is no settlement of 205 shares and the dilition of 244m +- shares for shareholders even it if means not trading till this mess is finally cleared up
