Lets see, Hotzone & Sanswire, 2 names and the only asset value of GTEM the SEC is investgating.

I just skimed over some posts, but during my history, I saw Value Card & assets go. Centerline rev's, margins, & assets go. The only functioning business. During my resent reading, I saw Uli Altvater get hardware & Joe M get hardware as payments. Hotwire only has Mexico left, no inventory or manufactuing and the Mexico assets belong to a JV, not GTEM. And Joe M had to loan GTEM the money for the JV.

I may be wrong, haven't followed GTEM for many months. But all I see GTEM owning is 800lbs of strat construction material and no place to store it. They don't event lease business office space. Damn forgot about VOIP. No idea where that is! The software, engineering, & web business.

As I see it every single asset, is gone, including the management, which created what was given & traded away, including Mr. Huff, Mr. Altvater, Mr. Monterosso.

And I haven't seen one penny from these gone assets, enter the GTEM coffers. Where's the beef? On the takeover big guys plates. Millions & millions of funding Gone!

I'd call that DEAD.
