what assets?.....there aren't any.....there is just hotzone and sanswire....and who knows what they worth?.....but they can't just shift them....or even sell them....unless they get a ton for it then i'm sure the SH won't care.....but at this point if they do sell them for cheap....the SH will revolt...they do own this company.....insiders at best own 10% and thats spread over many people.....iow i think the largest is under 3%(huff).....if anybody holds over 5% on the outside they have to file....there isn't any......if GTEM dies its tech dies with it.....or more to the point....uli can run wild.....really i have seen companies in far worse shape then GTEM raise money.....its a long way from death.....dilution tho does seem to be just around the corner....??? is how much.
