There were rumors that JR was in Houston working on the biodiesel plant there for weeks. It appears that JR has upgraded the facility and tweaked the process. The Houston plant is producing biodiesel that SSTP gets 90% of the profits and they can legally sell it without question because all permits and license are in place. If they produce nothing but 8 to 12 million gallons of
B100 for the next year that will be a good base for starters and should slow down any need for stock dilution. Plus B100 is the main ingredient for OD-66 which means that JR should also be able to control the quality of OD-66. So basically they have a product that they can produce and sell rat now, they didn't have that a month ago.

There was a rumor several weeks ago that a reactor was sent to the Dominican Republic. It appears that rumor was true and JR is there now getting that up and running. I suspect any fuel that can be produced in the DR can be sold and used there right away without any government restrictions. Also Mexico City has some of the worst air in the world because of petro diesel. A company could do very well just furnishing Mexico City with clean biodiesel.
