will merge with ONYI (cancelled)
will acquire ACMG (cancelled)
will JV with Illinois Biofuels (cancelled)
will JV with BCEI (cancelled)
will work with Vee-GO (cancelled or on hold)
will list on OTC (10 months later and no financials)
Stanton is great (no he's not)
Dr. Zuckerman is great (no he's not)
