The receiver's first order of business will be to help the SEC put in place the items they need to come out on top and cover there wrong doings to look good. IMO

duh!
the judgemts have already been handed down by the court ( you have read them ' im not sure why you don't understand them) .. the receivers job will be to secure the assets to pay for the judgements and to investagate the company

has nothing to do with the SEC looking good ...
however, they look great for nailing the gang of scammers
