virginian I was on a couple of blogs and other site reading on this and the best I have seen already is the fact that the date for the 2 to appear on the 12th and the GF date of the 15th. I do believe that's the SEC needs to have him put back in the bottle and corked before then. I see every thing that RA lied about this and that, but it just seems to me that no one cares that the SEC did the same thing to make what I still believe is a weak case. The receiver's first order of business will be to help the SEC put in place the items they need to come out on top and cover there wrong doings to look good. IMO

The Money Train has stopped to pick up some need be company's on the way to the vault.
