I have been trying to figure out who would be buying this and that seems to make some sense to me. Does it make sense to anyone else? Could someone explain it in a little more detail? For instance, is that change retroactive? Would this stock have to "take off" for them to get caught with their shorts down? (Sorry, it was there, I had to say it:-) I guess I'm thinking that the only risk on this issue would be if the price rebounds, that seems a pretty low risk to spend money on . . . of course, at .02 - .05 a share, i guess it's not a real expensive risk aversion . . .
