I personally trade on entry signals seen in the DMI or 5,10,20 MA. And if I thought a PR hype play may be coming. Wouldn't enter early!

Any entry, in a stall channel play, would be small, on a possible, fishing pond, bottom play mindset, not the possible PR play.

Search for bottom play posts, here. Wouldn't enter on tinfoil hat guessing, of an insider PR coming!!!
