On the running PR story. You point out the factthat the volume, price starts to spike for no apparant reaso and show that it must me insiders buying shares to sell during the hype/run. At the point you notice or suspect that is happening, do you load up even if it is a small amount or do you always wait until what you see is the right time to buy?
