I'll wait and see what happens over the next 30 days before adding/subtracting to my position. If the news is truly “all good” then obviously we should recognize significant appreciation of the stock. But, we need some meat on this bone. We need a PR that talks about the size of the oil pool discovery (i.e., the interpretation of the seismic data), the planned number of wells and the timeline for the drilling and pumping. Then, we need the business metrics. We need to know how the drilling and pumping will be funded (farmout, raise capital through borrowing, or raise capital through sale of stock) and what the projected revenues are from the gas and oil properties. Once we know scope and timeline of the projects and we understand how they are to be funded we can logically evaluate the impact on the stock price.
