There is a fine line to that. I can sell to you or buy from you because we are aware of each other. But where an independent member of the public is solicited and trades are made between strangers .. then that comes under the jurisdiction of the S E C. Frizz and Westy had better be careful. They may be construed as acting like brokers .. which is illegal in this case. Exactly what acca and Deli did.
