I think someone named Uli, would be very happy with that arrangement. How long do you think it would take him to set up shop in Mexico. I understand labor is much cheaper there, and the courts aren't nearly as concerned with patent issues as they are here.

Yes Ken that would surely kill the deal and us as well. I am NOT for cutting off our head to spite our body. I want, and fully expect, some return on by investment.
