Question to those that have better understanding about merger price calculation.

If you own 1,000 shares of Sirius at 6,45 or its obvious that we are long, those any one knows how much it will be worse after the merger or if the merger goes thru?

USD6.45 X 1000 = 6450.00 at this point in time, how about after the merger any idea?
