Well, sort of. They state that CMKM was about to default because they couldn't make payments on the leases. CMKM was losing these claims wheter ETGMF took them or not. You have to preform so much work on a claim under your agreement with the providence in Canada. If you don't, then you lose the claim. It is so people don't get a claim and hold it forever without ever doing anything on the property.
What question I would ask from these idiots is, How do we suppose to make payments on the leases even if we could get them back.
