I agree as well, especially the part, "...We need some help here as the company grows, Larry is doing a great job in growing the company but I think he could be a one man show and could certainly use a COO. He's got to find a few people that he trust that can go out on the road and be located in different geographical regions. He's going to kill himself making these coast to coast journeys..."

He must be Superman, if he is a one man show. Trying to juggle family and the business has to be a duanting task for a human. Spreading himself too thin, may result in slower business growth. Someone (say an office clerk or manager) that can take care of paperwork while he is on the road at conferences or visiting with distributors, imo, would be great help to Larry.

The big problem is finding good people. When you hire employees, you have to be very careful in the screening process. Its hard to fine good employees. It would be nice if his employees had the same drive and be as responsive as he.

I'm still waiting and will be glad to see expansion into my area.

Marketing can come from the distributors....

Marketing is the key here to get awareness for HatTrick. They would market this new product but also the existing line would get exposure. If he pulls this off this is very big news and making 2008 look stronger then before. I know, we need the audited numbers but we can all agree that marketing is a big key in this puzzle.

BTW - I sent a prototype to Larry regarding the website, ball is in his court. He might have other ideas that he can't share with us. I won't post the URL unless he tells me he's ok with this. I just want to help out and promote this company which I believe has an excellent opportunity ahead regardless of the share price. Again acquisition is always a possibility.
