The Seven “P”s of Marketing:

Product: We have it! Give it B+

Prices: No problems here, reasonable priced with competition. B+

Promotion: We have the distributors but nothing else. Website, ads, exposure, radio, tv, partnership, press release, etc. is all lacking which is an indication of the lack luster share price. No one knows about this company or it’s products. Pumped fitness is the chance to change this? Give it D-.

Place: Distributors some local retailers, more is needed. Give it a C.

Packaging: Pumped Fitness and the designs are very good. B+

Positioning: The reason why some of the larger distributor and manufacturers have approached Larry is because there is no clear competitor aside from Propel. Pumped Fitness will compete against propel and that is it. Road Kill has no clear competitor. The distribution of that product line will be much more diverse than others. Those points could include convenient stores, supermarkets, toy stores, etc. Lil' Sparks drinks and the sports ball line will target a whole new demographic (children). There are currently no kid specific vitamin drinks, thus the only competition would included, juice boxes, and other fruit juice drinks. B-

People: Company is knowledgeable about the product and the business. To be successful in business, you must develop the habit of thinking in terms of exactly who is going to carry out each task and responsibility. We need some help here as the company grows, Larry is doing a great job in growing the company but I think he could be a one man show and could certainly use a COO. He's got to find a few people that he trust that can go out on the road and be located in different geographical regions. He's going to kill himself making these coast to coast journeys.

Larry needs to clear up any doubt in the company by posting audited numbers and clearing up the mystery around the dead shares. Pinksheets.com needs to be complete. Spend a few weeks getting the house in order and then release a killer press release. Going to the OTCB would be a good move as well but the share price should be in the cents not hundreds of a cent before the move is made. Acquisition is still a strong option.
