Knowing RH this pr sounds like one he put out not long ago. When he gets flooded with calls about particular questions he responds in a pr to slow down the calling. The peron responsible for taking these calls can only handle so much, I assume they were getting bombed with calls about Qualcomm rumor and or Biocognisafe rumor

As is the case with so many buyouts, the current PPS has a major effect on the negotiating of an agreed buyout price. The higher the PPS, the better MCCY's leverage is. I'd talk about this development as well via PR if I was the CEO.
