zdon, maybe I am not following you, If the extention for hearing ends today, wouldn't that mean that trial begins, it would seem that is the beginning not the END? Unless we already know what the judge ruleing is.
Zdon,I see that both lawsuits are now "closed" some mopping up of the floors and turning out the lights about it imo. Megas,now can move ahead in another any # of directions r/s, f/s divi,r/m or even other lawsuits we will just have to wait and see if it's big enough to get the dtcc to clear trades imo.
