Zdon,I see that both lawsuits are now "closed" some mopping up of the floors and turning out the lights about it imo.
Megas,now can move ahead in another any # of directions r/s, f/s divi,r/m or even other lawsuits we will just have to wait and see if it's big enough to get the dtcc to clear trades imo.
